Tri-State Heads Vendor Registration

On November 3, 2011, CAIS, NJAIS, AND NYSAIS will convene a Head of School Conference at the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, New York. This will be the first combined event in the history of the three associations and will not be repeated until 2014.  You can view a copy of the program here. The selection of speakers represents months of planning by Heads who are opinion-shapers among their peers. We expect to draw impressive attendance at this event; the program is relevant to the current challenges in our work and it is compelling. 

Due to the unique nature of this gathering, our Boards have authorized a new category of corporate sponsorship. Identified as “Strategic Resource Partners,” this select group will be limited to one strategic partnership within each of the following areas: insurance, website design, accounting, food service, uniforms, search firms, investment bankers, admissions advisors, and architectural services.

The cost of participating in the Strategic Partnership Program is $10,000.00,

A partnership will provide participants with the following:

  • 2 representatives attending “The Music Paradigm” session as well as the subsequent cocktail and dinner
  • Recognition in the event program
  • Display space during the cocktail reception Thursday evening
  • Recognition and introduction to the attendees during the dinner
  • Special recognition on the CAIS, NJAIS, and NYSAIS websites throughout the 2011-2012 school year

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Cost: $10,000 per company - limited to 2 representatives. Registration is limited to a single organization in each industry and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Registrations are date/time stamped as they are submitted.  Please respond prior to September 1, 2011. Registrations will be taken in order of receipt of your registration form; no refunds can be made after September 1, 2011. Please make your check payable to CAIS and return it with your registration form to: Diane Brewer, CAIS, P.O. Box 159, Mystic, CT 06355-0159.

Space is limited so you are encouraged to register early. Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are date/time stamped as they arrive. No walk-in registrations will be admitted and payment must be received by September 1st.
