Cost: $500 per company - with 2 representatives. Additional representatives can be added below at a cost of $150 per person. Please respond prior to April 11, 2013. Registrations will be taken in order of receipt of your registration form; no refunds can be made after April 11, 2013. Space is limited so you are encouraged to register early. Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are date/time stamped as they arrive. No walk-in registrations will be admitted and payment must be received by April 11, 2013.
