Conference:: REFUND POLICY. Cancellations received up to 7 days before the conference are refundable minus a $100 processing fee. Thereafter, cancellations are subject to the entire workshop fee. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
A deferred billing option is available on the registration form. All payments must be received in the CAIS office prior to July 30, 2007. A 10% service charge per month will be applied to outstanding accounts after July 30, 2007. Payment: Payment can be made by check at any time prior to July 1st. Meals / Accommodations: Meals (full breakfast, a.m. and p.m. snacks and lunch) will be provided at no extra charge. Dinner is available on Monday and Wednesday night only (Wednesday's night dinner fee is $25 per person). Residential, dormitory-style accommodations are available at a separate fee of $35/night but space is limited and may be shared (dorm rooms are not air conditioned). Local hotels are available (see list of area hotels on our web site) at participant's expense and reservations are the participant's responsibility. Nightly activities will be planned to help build collegial relationships (activities will be posted and announced daily at the conference). CEUs: CAIS is a certified CEU provider. If you would like to receive CEUs for this event you will be required to sign in at each session and provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number upon arrival at each workshop. Additionally, you must complete an evaluation (including your name) for each class you attend.
