How We Lead: Defining Your Personal Leadership Style with Claire Bolger

Every leader has their own unique leadership style. When we motivate our teams, what decisions we take on by ourselves, and how we create opportunities for input that allows our teams to contribute in meaningful ways.

During this workshop, we will spend time delving into our personal definition of what is means to be a great leader. We will touch on how our actions align with our style, the leaders we want to emulate, and what it means to take on the duties that come with being the leader. We will have a brief breakout room discussions, brainstorm ideas together, do a bit of writing, and spend the time together defining our personal leadership style.
