This new cohort program is intended for educators of color and designed with your experience in mind as you learn about and navigate school leadership, including content knowledge, theory, and practical skills. The program provides access to experts and builds camaraderie and a network of support with leaders across CAIS schools and provides opportunities to reflect on how your identity as an educator of color impacts the way in which you lead within an independent school. This program is open to CAIS member schools. If you have additional questions about the program, please contact Joan Edwards or Nancy Dickson.

All sessions take place from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
Participants are expected to attend as many sessions as their schedule allows.
